Gone are the days, when you could just go out and tell the world (advertise) 📺 what your company is about and get people interested in your products 🤩 by telling them how valuable your products are. ❌
Nowadays, it is the customers 😎 who dictate the brand. You have to create what the customers value. ✔
If the customers find your products/services valuable they will tell others 🗣, if they don’t like it they will tell even more people. 📢
Customers’ opinions matter. They have the power to make 🛠 or break ⚔️ a product.
A brand is no longer what we tell the consumer it is – it is what consumers tell each other it is.
So listening to the customers has become a must! Pay close attention to what your customers need and see what more can you offer them. 👂👍
Your customers advertising for you matters a lot more than you advertising for yourself. People are more likely to believe other customers’ opinions as they are perceived as truthful and not having any ‘motives’. ✔️
So invest in the right place – make your customers happy and let them do the rest! 😊👍
