Nowadays, it is the customers who dictate the brand. You have to create what the customers value.

If the customers find your products/services valuable they will tell others , if they don’t like it they will tell even more people.

Customers’ opinions matter. They have the power to make or break a product.

A brand is no longer what we tell the consumer it is – it is what consumers tell each other it is.

So listening to the customers has become a must! Pay close attention to what your customers need and see what more can you offer them.

Your customers advertising for you matters a lot more than you advertising for yourself. People are more likely to believe other customers’ opinions as they are perceived as truthful and not having any ‘motives’.

So invest in the right place – make your customers happy and let them do the rest!
