Happy and satisfied customers will exaggerate the goodness of your brand while the disappointed ones will spread their negative experience and highlight your flaws to almost anyone and everyone.

When I say negative experience, it is not just a mistake at your end. It is the overall experience.

Addressing the issue and resolving it promptly can create a satisfying experience inspite of the initial mistake.

The key is to be truly social with your customers and prospective customers!

Give your best and give your customers more than they expect!
Interact with your customers. Build relationships with them. Make them a part of your brand!
Address their queries and grievances. Create your presence amongst them and make them feel heard!
